Cedar Hills Golf Course, located at 1344 Quivira Road, just 3 1/2 miles south of Washington on K-15, offers a nine-hole golf course with a total of 3,200 yards from the back tees. The front tees for the men are 2,736 yards and 2,413 yards for the women. There are two par five holes, four par four holes and three par three holes. Hole number seven is a par three crossing a pond.

The greens were converted to bent grass in 1978. The fairways and tee boxes are blue grass. In the winter of 1998, a new irrigation system was installed which provided an automatic watering system for the tee boxes, fairways and greens.
