Compliance with most recent Uniform Building Codes and National Electric Codes
Overhang of 18 inches and minimum of 5-12 pitch roof
Standard Setback requirements
Any interested person(s) must file an application with the City of Washington City Clerk.
Once approved by City Council, construction shall be completed within 18 months.
The City Council may require such information from time to time as it deems appropriate, including but not limited to, plans for the house to be constructed.
All applicants must be interviewed by City Council.
