Lots available for Industrial use only.
Must have business plan available.
|Must create jobs and have plan available.
All buildings must be an industrial type building.
Building drawings shall have an engineer's stamp.
Building shall comply with most recent Uniform Building Codes and National Electric Codes.

Any interested person(s) must file an application with the City of Washington City Clerk.
